At Polydeck, we strongly believe in conserving natural resources for future generations. Utilising recycled materials and employing environmental friendly methodologies to create environs that were once possible only by the use wood, our product Polydeck® replaces timber in many exterior applications such as balconies, porches, decks, pool-decks and walkways without compromising the look and feel.

Polydeck® is made from 80% recycled materials such as sawdust, recycled postal totes and virgin polypropylene. ASTM certified, Polydeck® is resistant to fire, insect attack, (eg. termites), weathering conditions or any other decaying elements.

A composite material of UV-stabilized polypropylene* (PP) and hardwood fiber, Polydeck® unlike polyethylene^ (PE) or other polymer-based composite wood is stronger, harder and has a higher temperature resistance than most composite wood if not all.

* Polypropylene (PP): A polymer material used in product like: beach reclining chairs and tables; Post boxes; Tupper ware.

^Polyethylene (PE): Polymer used in throw away carry bags, which hardness is much lower and has a lower heat distortion temperature.
